You will be asked a series of questions. Please answer them honestly, openly and immediately. To benefit from this test, your initial response should be the response you select. Do not spend too long considering your responses and there is no option to go back once you have selected an option.  The test will take you approximately 30 minutes to complete.

Relax, breathe and read the questions with patience and care. The outcome of this test if a tool for you, so how much you benefit will be dependent upon your level of honesty and investment.

After each question, select the ‘next’ option and once the test is completed and you complete your payment, I will let you know.  You will then receive the report direct to your inbox.

The scaling is from 0 – 9. 0 means that you are extremely dissatisfied or that the act in question never occurs. 9 means that you are overly satisfied and have no need to consider improving that area of focus in the question. 5 means that you are reasonably content, but implies this is an area that could be improved.
